The Sick Bank Donation Program will be available to eligible employees on January 3, 2022. This
yearly benefit allows eligible employees to donate sick day(s) to their respective sick bank. An
employee, who has voluntarily donated at least 1 sick day per year to the bank, and who has
exhausted all accumulated sick and other paid leave, is eligible to request a withdrawal from the
sick leave bank. Employees that elect to be a part of the program will have the donated day(s)
deducted from their sick leave balance.
