| The Annual Health Insurance Opt Out period began Monday, June 2, 2025. To submit an application for the Annual Health Insurance Opt Out Payment, you can navigate to the application directly here. Log in with your Access Boston credentials. Alternatively, if you login to Access Boston and click on the Beacon icon, once on the Beacon homepage you can click on the Health Insurance Opt Out shortcut. You must fill out all requested information, upload required documents, and submit the form by Friday, June 20, 2025 at 5 p.m. For more information on the Annual Health Insurance Opt Out process, including eligibility and payment amounts, please review the Opt Out Frequently Asked Questions on the Beacon Portal.
