Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

Blue Cross recently sent a letter that said you were missing your primary care provider information. Please disregard that letter. It was sent in error. You do not need to take any action.  The City sent your Primary Care Physician from HPHC as part of your enrollment on the BCBS HMO plan, and it is being added to your policy.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is sending you this email at the request of the City of Boston.

You may have received a letter recently that said we were missing your primary care provider information. Please disregard that letter. It was a mistake and we’re sorry. You do not need to take any action unless you wish to change your primary care provider.

Please note that if there is any issue with your primary care provider designation, a Member Service representative will reach out to you directly.
