“Right-to-Work” Rejected in New Hampshire.
Over the past month, Steelworkers across District 4 tweeted, rallied, testified, displayed bat light signals, and wrote their Representatives to oppose “Right-to-Work”. These actions showed unwavering solidarity and sent a clear message that workers’ rights will not be undermined.
On February 13, 2025, New Hampshire House of Representatives heard your voice and voted against the latest attempt to pass a “Right-to-Work” bill, HB 238-FN, by a vote of 200 to 180. The measure was indefinitely postponed, meaning it cannot be brought up again until 2027.
Out-of-state corporate interests may try again, but when they do, we’ll be ready to fight!
