To qualify, you need qualifying non-City health coverage — like a spouse’s or partner’s plan, a second employer’s plan, or a plan you bought yourself. Review the Health Insurance Opt-Out Program FAQ on Beacon for eligibility, payment amounts, and what counts as qualifying coverage.
